With over 15 years in the industry, he brings strong leadership, real-world experience, and a relentless commitment to excellence to Dukes & Jones Security Academy. 

Over the course of his career, Hardy has led security operations in some of the most demanding environments, from high-traffic venues to upscale events. He has managed teams of dozens of guards, overseeing training, scheduling, and performance while ensuring that every operation runs smoothly.

Hardy designed and implemented a three-point training framework that transforms raw talent into disciplined, mission-ready security professionals. By staying ahead of industry trends and consistently refining best practices, his approach emphasizes situational awareness and communication preparing officers to make sound decisions in real time.

Mr. Todd Dukes is a seasoned Executive Protection Specialist, owner of SecWorldWide&Associates LLC, a respected security services company serving Central Florida as well as proud co-owner of Dukes&Jones Security Academy. 

With over 25 years of experience in executive protection, he brings a wealth of practical knowledge and calm, professional presence to every training session. 

Mr. Dukes has attended several advanced executive protection courses himself, including tactical medicine, and trains with less-lethal tools such as the Byrna platform to ensure modern, responsible use-of-force options. 

As an instructor, he focuses on mindset, preparation, and decision-making, teaching officers how to think, move, and respond like true protection professionals—not just “guards.”

At Dukes & Jones Security Academy, Mr. Dukes appears as a special guest instructor during the Security Officer Training Class, where he shares real-world lessons, proven tactics, and valuable insights from the field.
